This is where I tied up my bike while I went in for my apt.

Here is proof of where I was... I rode all the way to the General for my 3 month check up

Someone saw me taking the picture and offered to take one of me in it... proof.  I made it there...and back

Rode my bike to the General Hospital Cancer Centre today ... between 25-30 km. one way... still have to map it... my little thing on my bike doesn't work any more.  Then rode to South Keys to meet friends for lunch and then rode home.  After supper went to Ruth's and rollerbladed for an hour.  At this rate I will be ready for the 100 km in September
